From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leaders
BuildNest Properties was founded by Rajesh Kumar and Priya Sharma in 2012, driven by a simple yet powerful vision: to make quality home construction accessible to every family in Bangalore. Starting with just a small team of dedicated craftsmen, we completed our first project – a beautiful 2BHK home for the Patel family in Whitefield.
What set us apart from day one was our commitment to transparency and family-centric approach. While other builders focused on volume, we chose to focus on relationships. Every client became part of our extended family, and every project became a labor of love.
